What are Escape Credits?
Escape Credits are promotional travel credits issued by TripValet that can be used toward curated TripValet Escape Trips. They help reduce the cost of exclusive travel experiences designed specifically for our members.
How do I earn Escape Credits?
For every $1 USD spent, you receive 1 Escape Credit.
Example: Spend $250 and receive 250 Escape Credits.
What is the value of an Escape Credit?
Each Escape Credit has a redemption value equal to 10% of one U.S. dollar when applied toward a curated Escape Trip. Example: 250 Escape Credits = $25 USD toward an eligible trip.
What can Escape Credits be used for?
Escape Credits may only be used toward curated TripValet Escape Trips. They cannot be applied to memberships, standard travel bookings, or third-party travel services.
How do I redeem my Escape Credits?
When booking an eligible Escape Trip, TripValet will issue unique redemption codes that you apply at checkout. The value of your Escape Credits is then deducted from the total trip cost.
Is there a limit to how many Escape Credits I can use at once?
Redemption limits may apply based on the specific trip, promotion, or program terms in effect at the time of booking. Any applicable limits will be clearly communicated before redemption.
Do Escape Credits expire?
Escape Credits do not expire as long as you remain an active participant in good standing within the TripValet program. If you become inactive or leave an issuing organization, transfer or forfeiture rules may apply.
Can I transfer my Escape Credits to someone else?
Transfers are permitted only in specific circumstances, such as when a participant leaves an issuing organization, and must follow TripValet’s transfer rules and approval process.
